Our History

Wole Ajao & Company is a firm with multi-dimensional services. We are an “Estate Surveyors and Valuers”, “GIS Development Consultants”, “Petroleum and Gas Support Services”. We are duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria, with registration Nǫ BN 2517981 and we are equally recognized by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) the organ responsible for the practice of the profession in Nigeria.

 

Wole Ajao & Co., a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers came into being through several metamorphosis of its principal partner from the Environmental Design and Management sphere since 1997.

The principal partner is well versed in the building industry having practice architectural draughtsmanship and physical planning at various levels.

After venturing and graduated with a degree in Estate Management, he consolidated his practice and form a proper consortium with the best practice module.

The firm eventually became chartered and it has recorded several successes through clientele-services.

Principal Partner

Chief Wole Ajao is the founder and Principal Partner of Wole Ajao & Co. Having sojourned in the field of Environmental Design and Management in the past 3 decades.

He graduated in the department of Estate Management, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV).

He has so much flair for building construction, having garnered experience and exposure at several working places.

Without any doubts, through his concerted efforts, as a consultant in the oil and gas industry, the company had engaged in the construction of several fuel stations across Nigeria.

A real expert in turnkey-project.

He’s a traditional title holder and his happily married with children.

His hobbies are reading and art collection.
